1. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern all sales concluded between TDK (TAHIRA DK DRESS), registered with the RCS of Bobigny under number 938 176 823, whose head office is located at 7 rue Stendhal, 93500 Pantin, France.

2. Acceptance of the conditions

Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The buyer acknowledges having read the General Terms and Conditions before any transaction.

3. Products and Services

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. TDK (TAHIRA DK DRESS) strives to ensure an accurate description, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity between the visuals displayed and the products delivered.

4. Price

Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. TDK (TAHIRA DK DRESS) reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order.

5. Order

The buyer can place an order online on the Site. The order will only be validated after full payment of the amount due. TDK (TAHIRA DK DRESS) reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the buyer.

6. Payment

Payment is made online using the secure methods offered on the Site (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order is considered final after payment validation.

7. Delivery

• Delivery areas: France, Europe, French overseas departments and territories.

• Delivery times: Delivery times are given for information purposes only. TDK (TAHIRA DK DRESS) cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. Returns must be made in their original condition and at the buyer's expense.

9. Warranty and liability

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. TDK (TAHIRA DK DRESS) cannot be held responsible for indirect damages linked to the use of the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

11. Personal data

The personal data collected is used for order processing and remains confidential. In accordance with the GDPR, the buyer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

12. Disputes and applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts of Pantin will be referred to.
