At TDK (TAHIRA DK DRESS), we strive to offer you quality products. However, if an item does not suit you, you can return it under certain conditions detailed below.

1. Return conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

• Returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective product, incorrect reference sent). In this case, we will cover the return costs after verification.

2. Return procedure

• Before any return, please contact our customer service at tahiradksav@gmail.com for validation and return address.

• Once the return has been validated, you will need to send the package to the address indicated, keeping proof of shipment.

3. Reimbursement

• Purchases made online may be subject to a refund request to the payment method chosen when placing the order.

• After receipt and validation of the return, a refund of the corresponding amount will be generated and made within 14 days.

4. Exceptions

• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Any return that does not comply with the conditions mentioned cannot be accepted.
